Dr. Rao specializes in the comprensive medical & surgical management of the ear, nose, and throat in both adults and children. This includes ear infections, middle ear fluid, hearing loss (an audiologist is conveniently located in the same building), dizziness, nasal obstruction, sinusitis, balloon sinuplasty, tonsils and adenoids, voice care, ENT allergy, sleep apnea, and snoring.

His sub specialty interests include rhinology (care of the nose and sinuses), rhinogenic headache, otolaryngologic allergy (including food allergy), voice and swallowing disorders.

Our office was designed with state of the art Olympus® and Zeiss® equipment for evaluation and treatment of nasal and sinus disease, voice and swallowing disorders, and middle and outer ear disease, and inhalent allergies including

Our endoscopic equipment not only allows your physician to view the anatomy relevant to your medical problem, but allows recording of images and video to educate you, compare examinations, and share with your primary care physician. Our examination rooms provide a quiet, private, and comfortable setting for your examination. Examinations of the larynx are done comfortably in the office with topical anesthesia only, making it possible to return to work the same day as your procedure if you so choose. We also have to ability to perform sinus procedures on select patients in the office setting.

Binocular otoscopy in the office allows detailed evaluation and treatment of conditions affecting the ear such as infections or middle ear fluid. Our highly trained and experienced nurses will make your allergy skin testing and treatment programs as comfortable and convenient as possible.
